1. Service Description

Evlek (evlek.app) is an online listing platform that publishes rental and sale property listings in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Evlek is not a property agency or brokerage; it does not mediate property transactions and does not charge commissions.

2. Acceptance and Registration

By using our platform, you agree to these terms. • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. • You guarantee that your registration information is accurate and up to date. • You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Listing Rules

Registered property businesses and their authorized users who publish listings must comply with the following rules: • Information in listings must be accurate and current. • You may not list properties belonging to others without permission. • You may not publish fake, misleading, or non-existent property listings. • Listing photos must depict the actual property. • Listings may not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content. • Evlek reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Important: • Evlek is a listing platform and is not responsible for the accuracy, currency, or legality of listings. • Communication, negotiation, and agreements between listing publishers and potential buyers/tenants occur entirely between the parties. • Evlek cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from property transactions. • Information obtained through the platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. • We strongly recommend obtaining professional legal support from a local lawyer for property transactions in TRNC.

5. Intellectual Property

• The design, logo, software, and content on the Evlek platform are owned by Evlek and protected by copyright. • Rights to listing photos and descriptions uploaded by users belong to the respective users. • Users agree to allow the content they upload to be published on the Evlek platform.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Current GBP list prices for Solo Mini, Solo Pro, and AI credit packs are published at evlek.app/pricing. • Monthly Solo plans include a 14-day trial with 500 AI credits during the trial. Yearly plans do not include a trial. • For mobile-app purchases, the final local price, taxes, term, and renewal conditions are shown by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation. • Web payment infrastructure is still being verified; the pricing page does not currently start a payment. • Business services are subject to a separate written quote and agreement stating the scope and price. • AI credits are only for Evlek AI tools; they are not money or wallet balance, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. • Evlek does not collect a property price, deposit, reservation fee, commission, or escrow funds.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Evlek may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases: • Violation of these terms of service • Publishing fake or misleading listings • Harassment or fraud against other users • Activities threatening platform security

8. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). In case of any dispute, TRNC courts shall have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through platform announcements or email. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.

11. App Store / Google Play Subscriptions

For a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play: • Its duration, renewal date, and price are shown in the store account used for the purchase. • iOS cancellation: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Evlek. • Android cancellation: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Evlek. • An Apple refund request can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com. • A Google Play refund request can be submitted through "Report a problem" or the available refund flow for the relevant order. • Refund eligibility depends on the store's current policy, the place of purchase, and mandatory applicable law. • Cancelling stops the next renewal; the store shows the date on which access ends. 12. Agency Membership

When you join a property agency as a member, the following terms apply: • Listings you create during your membership remain linked to the agency account; ownership of these listings is not transferred back to you even if you leave. • Listings you created in your own name before joining are not automatically transferred to the agency. • Each agency has a limited number of member seats; once the seats are full, no new members can be added. • You may leave an agency at any time, and an agency owner or admin may remove a member. Leaving or removal does not change the fact that listings created during membership remain with the agency. • Agency ownership can only be transferred within the agency; membership does not change individual listing ownership. This section describes the general framework for Evlek's agency (B2B) features. A local legal review for TRNC regulations is ongoing; terms may be updated as needed.
