Maklerbüros erhalten nach Prüfung und Freigabe durch das Evlek-Team den Status „Von Evlek freigegeben“; im Antrag werden der Ausweis der Büroinhaberin bzw. des Büroinhabers und das KTEB-Dokument verlangt. Für unabhängige Anbieter sind diese Unterlagen optional. Jedes Inserat wird vor der Veröffentlichung vom Evlek-Team geprüft. Diese Prüfungen sind keine Garantie für Eigentum oder rechtlichen Status.
