The publisher’s phone is SMS-verified or confirmed by the Evlek team; offices become “Approved by Evlek” with the team’s approval; every listing is reviewed before it goes live. ## How Listings Are Published

Publishing requires a complete profile, full name and an SMS-verified phone; for bulk-imported listings the phone is confirmed by the Evlek team. New listings carry a listing-specific publication-authority declaration; imported listings carry a source-permission record. Property offices become “Approved by Evlek” through review and approval by the Evlek team; the application asks for the office owner’s identity and KTEB document. For independent publishers these documents are optional. Every listing is reviewed by the Evlek team before it goes live. These checks are not a guarantee of title or legal status.
