On Evlek you search, filter, save, and compare listings. Publishing is available to registered property businesses after checks covering profile, phone, WhatsApp, identity, authority to act for the business, current professional membership, registry entry, and annual permit. Each listing also needs a publication-authority declaration and human content moderation.

Before publishing, Evlek checks a complete profile, SMS-verified phone, saved WhatsApp number, identity, authority to act for the business, current KTEB membership, Property Agents Registry entry, annual operating permit, and a listing-specific publication-authority declaration. Does Evlek charge commission?+−
Evlek is a listing and software platform, not a party to a property transaction, brokerage, payment service or escrow. It does not collect a property price, deposit, reservation fee, commission or escrow funds. A publisher’s own service fee is a separate matter between the parties.
Can I use Evlek on web and mobile?+−
Yes. You can use evlek.app in desktop and mobile browsers; the iOS app is on the App Store and the Android app is on Google Play. Stores show the final local price for mobile purchases. Web prices are published, but the pricing page does not start a payment until web-payment verification is complete.
