Each cell is the median price per m² (price ÷ area) of active GBP residential listings, after Tukey IQR 1.5× outlier removal on the £/m² distribution, computed per deal. A city is marked “proven” at ≥30 cleaned listings, a district at ≥15; below that it is a “preliminary” indicator, and with no data it is “collecting”. The typical-price band is the 25th–75th percentile of total price. Figures refresh daily.
