What currency are listings shown in?

The base currency is the British Pound (GBP, £). TRY, USD and EUR equivalents are updated daily using European Central Bank reference rates.

How are listings reviewed before publication?

Publishing access requires a complete profile, an SMS-verified phone, a saved WhatsApp number, identity and authority to act for the business, plus current professional registrations and permits; every listing then passes moderation individually. These checks are not a guarantee of a property’s ownership or legal status.
