Our platform takes its name from "Evlek", the traditional and legal land measurement unit used in Cyprus. Etymologically meaning "a seed path or guiding line drawn by a plow," Evlek perfectly aligns with our vision today: to be the most reliable guide for investors and property seekers in the TRNC property market. In the Northern Cyprus title deed (koçan) system, property is measured not in the metric system, but in Donum, Evlek, and Square Feet, a legacy from the British era.
