Onur Dokuzoğlu
Founder of Evlek · Architect (KTMMOB Chamber of Architects, reg. no. 1560) · Kyrenia
Biography
Onur Dokuzoğlu is the founder of Evlek and a licensed architect based in Kyrenia (Girne), North Cyprus. He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2022 and is registered with the KTMMOB Chamber of Architects under no. 1560. As a student he completed office and site internships at Noyanlar and worked at a property agency; since graduating he has worked in architectural design, technical drawing and site coordination.
Why Evlek: in North Cyprus, property listings are scattered across different websites, languages and formats. The same home can appear in several places with different details, and it is not always clear who published a listing or on what authority. In architecture, accurate floor area, level and location data is the foundation of the work. Onur founded Evlek in 2026 to bring that discipline to listing data, and designed and built its first version himself.
At Evlek he sets the product direction, listing quality standards and data methodology: verified phone numbers, review by the team before publication, and a price history that is never deleted. He does this together with the Evlek team; articles on Evlek are approved by Onur or the team before publication. He speaks Turkish and English.
