Is it free to apply as an authorized estate agent?
Applying is free. Packages and listing capacity are published on the pricing page.
When can I start publishing?
Applying is free. Publishing opens once your profile is complete with your full name, photo and service area, your phone number is confirmed by SMS, you have added a WhatsApp number and Evlek has approved you, as long as you have listing capacity available. Only estate agents and agencies approved by Evlek can list. Property offices become “Approved by Evlek” through review and approval by the Evlek team; the application asks for the office owner’s identity and KTEB document. Every listing goes live only with Evlek's approval. If a key detail such as the title, description, photos, location or rooms changes, the listing goes back for approval.
What does an authorized agent profile give me?
Once the publishing requirements are met, your profile and active listings appear on Evlek. An application or payment alone does not earn you a badge or a place in the rankings.
How do I move my existing listings to Evlek?
Mention in your application that you need a bulk import via CSV or Excel. The team confirms the data format, scope and publishing schedule after reviewing your application.
Do you support teams and multiple users?
If you need team access, an agency account or custom limits, contact us. Scope, support and pricing are set out in a written quote.
Is Evlek available as a mobile app?
The Evlek iOS and Android apps are available on the App Store and Google Play. Store availability, the final local price and purchase terms are shown in the relevant store.
