It reads your photos, price and place together

Every published listing photo is analysed by AI: it recognises the room type, the fittings and the visual quality, and generates captions in Turkish and English. Those captions give search engines, accessibility tools and AI search something they can actually read. The pixels themselves are never touched, and no suggestion reaches a listing without the lister's approval.

A listing price on its own says very little. Evlek’s price index tracks 274 region and city combinations with a median price per square metre computed from real listing data; outliers are removed with an IQR filter, and every figure is published with its source date (last updated 2026-09-11). Individually written profiles for 57 districts describe the neighbourhood behind the number — and the comparison tool draws on the same data.

Publishing trust and limits

Publishing on Evlek is not an anonymous act. Publishers have a name on file and a phone number verified by SMS code, and every listing is reviewed by a moderator before it goes live. No AI-generated title, description or tag publishes itself: a suggestion goes to the lister first, then through moderation. That order is deliberate — the speed comes from AI, the accountability from people.

Evlek data doesn't only live on this site. Through the MCP standard, 12 tools — search_listings, get_price_index, get_district_profile and more — are open to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT at evlek.app/api/mcp. The data is permissioned and source-dated — no scraping required.

For listers

While you prepare a listing, the AI drafts a title and description from what you enter, translates the text into other languages, and suggests room-type and fitting tags from your photos.
