It reads your photos, price and place together

The photos of published listings are analysed by AI: it recognises the room type, the fittings and the visual quality; photo captions are generated automatically in Turkish and English, and a visual quality score is calculated. Those captions give search engines, accessibility tools and AI search something they can actually read. The pixels themselves are never touched; feature tags are only suggestions and are not applied to a listing without human approval.

Every active listing enters the visual-analysis process; captions are generated in Turkish and English.

A listing price on its own says very little. Evlek’s price index tracks 240 districts; the median price per square metre is computed from real listing data and shown only where enough listings have accumulated. Outliers are removed with an IQR filter, and every published figure carries its source date (last updated 2026-10-15). Individually written profiles for 56 districts describe the neighbourhood behind the number — and the comparison tool draws on the same data.

Publishing trust and limits

Publishing on Evlek is not an anonymous act. Publishing requires a complete profile, full name and an SMS-verified phone; for bulk-imported listings the phone is confirmed by the Evlek team. New listings carry a listing-specific publication-authority declaration; imported listings carry a source-permission record. Property offices become “Approved by Evlek” through review and approval by the Evlek team; the application asks for the office owner’s identity and KTEB document. For independent publishers these documents are optional. Every listing is reviewed by the Evlek team before it goes live. These checks are not a guarantee of title or legal status.

AI only proposes listing descriptions and feature tags; proposals are not applied to a listing without human approval. Photo captions and the photo quality score are generated automatically. That split is deliberate — the speed comes from AI, the accountability from people.
